BROOKFIELD BRACKET

Recently came across this while going through our warehouse - a keg that has the original hardware attached in the bottom wire groove - and in the thread area has a metal pin cemented in with a porcelain wheel that comes down off it. Have never run across one of these before and wondering if there would be any interest for the Crown Jewels? Would appreciate your thoughts on this.
